Distance-based, fair by design.

Delivery allocation is distance-based for fair cost and optimised rider efficiency. The number of deliveries depends on the average distance within each range.

0 - 5 KMUp to 200deliveries / month
5 - 12 KMUp to 133deliveries / month
12 - 20 KMUp to 100deliveries / month

*Total deliveries depend on the mix of distances. If orders are split across 0 - 5 km, 5 - 12 km and 12 - 20 km, monthly deliveries adjust proportionally.

A full upfront payment is required upon signup.Payments are made annually upon contract renewal.Onboarding starts once full payment is received.
